Yoga is one of the ancient bodies of knowledge of India. Yoga is a holistic science which has multiple dimensions, multiple facets and multiple sides. These multiple facets are philosophy, psychology, science and technology of Yoga. All of these dimensions are equally important features leading to development of human in a holistic way.

This webinar focuses on covering various aspects of Yoga in special reference to the multiple facets. The webinar series would cover topics on Yoga philosophy, Yoga psychology, Yoga science, Yoga technology, and Yoga in daily life, both from the point of theory and practice, based on our ancient authentic scriptures as well as modern scientific (neuro-physiological and cardiological evidence). Speakers are drawn from a large pool of competent monks of Ramakrishna Order available at our University and those elsewhere in India and abroad, Scientists (neuro, cardiological, physiological, psychological, etc.), Psychiatrists and medical doctors.
